Production Facility

Our advanced factory in Dehgam uses the latest technology to make our spices. It can make our entire range of spices without needing people to work directly. This ensures our spices are pure and provides jobs for people living nearby.

Here are some technical details:

  • We can make up to 60 metric tons of spices every day.
  • We produce a variety of spices , including basic, blended, whole, powdered, and asafoetida.
  • Our factory covers an area of 2,27,000 square feet.
  • We use a high-speed pouch-packing machine that can fill up to 1,000 pouches per minute, handling 50 metric tons per shift.
  • We have systems in place to check the weight of each pouch to make sure they are accurate.
  • Our factory is designed with proper ventilation to keep our workers comfortable.
  • We follow strict guidelines for cleanliness and food safety.
  • We use equipment like graders, aspirators, and classifiers to remove impurities and ensure our spices maintain their natural colour, aroma, and taste.
  • Storage

    To keep spices fresh and flavorful for longer, it's important to store them correctly. We've set up specific rules and installed storage systems to ensure the spices are kept at the right temperatures and in clean conditions.

    Here's how we do it:

  • We use Powder storage IBC Hopper, with a capacity of 500 kg, for storing powdered spices.
  • The same vessel is used for transferring spices to packaging.
  • We clean the storage equipment using a high-power vacuum process.
  • In our Raw Material Storage, we can accommodate 1500 pallets, equivalent to 25 truckloads, and in Finished Goods Storage, we have space for 700 pallets (which equals 421 metric tons).
  • Each pallet is organised using a racking system and labelled with barcodes.
  • We conduct vehicle inspections, sampling, and quality checks to maintain high standards throughout the process.
