Recipe:
1. Cook 100 g of Arhar dal for 30 min with cut up Drumsticks, Brinjal, Pumpkin, and Onion.
2. Add 2 big spoons of Imli Paste, Red Chilli Powder and Salt to taste. Add 1 big spoon of Vasant Sambhar Masala.
3. For tadka, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add all the necessary spices for it.
4. Add this tadka to the dal mixture and let it boil for 2 min. Serve with hot Dosas, Idlis or Uttapams.
