1 . Fruit And Nut Salad :
Start your day with fruit and nut salad, it is an ideal breakfast as its rich in nutrients and healthy. Its a sweet, crunchy and a flavourful salad that’s very easy to make
Preparation
Mix freshly chopped fruits of your choice in a bowl, add nuts and cinnamon and toss well. (You can also add honey, cinnamon, cream or yogurt into it)

Turmeric is high in antioxidants that enhance the immunity system, hence it is the best recipe to make the immunity stronger. This recipe needs a few ingredients like pasta, butter, garlic, cream, and turmeric.

3 . Dal Khichdi :
It’s the most popular and comfort food that can be made under 30mins. It includes rice and lentils that are rich in proteins, fiber, minerals, and vitamins which ultimately helps in boosting the immunity system.
Preparation
Wash rice and lentils thoroughly with water thrice. In a pressure cooker add ghee and then add bay leaves and cumin until golden brown. Now add chopped onion and chili along with ginger, hing vegetables, and turmeric fry until brown. Add drained lentils and rice into the cooker, sauté for 2-3 mins. Next add salt, pour water and cover it with lid and cook for almost 10 mins. Serve it with yogurt and pickle of your choice when ready.
4 . Palak Paneer :
Another healthy Indian dish that you can cook during self-quarantine is Palak paneer. As spinach is a good source of iron and Vitamin C, it helps to fight off bacteria and pathogens making the body immune to several diseases.
Preparation
In the boiling water, add little salt and spinach leaves. Blanch the spinach leaves for 2 to 3 minutes. Blend the blanched spinach into a mixer along with tomato, 3 cloves of garlic, ginger and green chilies, keep the puree aside. Heat a pan on medium flame, add oil when heated put 2 cloves of chopped garlic and onion saute it for 2-3 mins. Add in the spinach puree and mix well adding around 1/2 cup water. Cook for 10 mins on a medium flame. Once cooked add garam masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt. Mix well and cook it for another 1 minute. Add paneer into the gravy along with heavy cream and stir it well. Cook for 2-3 mins and its ready to eat.
